Interested in becoming a swimming instructor?

ABC Swimming, is the fastest growing swim school organisation in Australia.  If you are or know someone who is interested in teaching babies, children and adults the life skills of swimming. Join our Team!

All you need is a friendly, outgoing personality, a mature mindset a desire to work with children and/or adults, a love of the water and a professional outlook.

Flexible Hours

We are able to offer employees varying shift times, allowing you to balance your hours with school, another job, or family life. You can work as little as 2 hours per week or as many as 20-30 hours per week. Hours vary between Mornings, Afternoons or Weekends.

Excellent Compensation

Our instructors are paid above the award wage with benefits of a trendy uniform, costumes, and free lessons for family members all personal accessories (goggles, caps etc…) supplied.  Opportunities exist for Professional Development includes interstate training at the Australian Swim Teacher and Coaches Seminar, attendance at NSW Austswim, Swim Australia and ASCTA swimming conferences.  Our pools are lovely warm, indoor pools and our team is a professional, fun team to work with.

Outstanding Opportunities

Depending upon your interests and suitability you may also have the opportunity of branching into other roles, including Customer Service Officer; Coaching or Supervising. We offer a variety of opportunities for employees to grow with us through additional responsibilities and advancement.

Training

You will require a current AUSTSWIM, First Aid and Bronze Medallion Accreditation as well as the ABC Swimming Instructor Certificate to work with ABC Swimming.

ABC Swimming can provide you with all the extensive training to become a professional Swim Instructor.
